What's your question about?

Four common reasons people write to us. Each one goes to a different inbox.

Parents and families

A question about my child's sleep

We can point you to the right free resource or explain how our programs work. We cannot give advice about an individual child, so please bring specific worries to your own doctor or nurse practitioner.

Clinicians

SHIP™ certification and CME

Enrolment, cohort dates, accreditation details, group rates for a clinic or hospital team, and questions about SHIP Compass or SHIP Doc©.

Media and speaking

Book Dr. Anya or request a comment

Conference keynotes, grand rounds, podcast interviews, and press inquiries for Dr. Anya McLaren-Barnett, pediatric respirologist and sleep medicine physician.

Orders and access

Course login, receipts, refunds

Trouble signing in, a missing purchase, an invoice for your employer, or a question about a store order. Include your order number if you have it.

Everything on this page is educational. If your child has symptoms that worry you, please contact your own clinician or your local emergency service.

Before you write

These come up most often. The answer may already be here.

Can you tell me what is wrong with my child's sleep?

No. Everything we publish is education, not medical advice, and we cannot assess a child we have not seen. If your child snores most nights, pauses or gasps while asleep, wakes with headaches, or is very sleepy during the day, book a visit with your own clinician and bring those specific words with you.

Who is SHIP™ for?

SHIP™, the Sleep Health Intelligence Program, is built for pediatric sleep consultants, pediatricians, family physicians, nurse practitioners and nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists and behavioral therapists, and respiratory therapists. It teaches you to recognize what is behavioral, what is medical, and when to refer.

Do you offer CME credit?

We run CME events for clinicians. Accreditation details, credit hours, and the accrediting body are listed on each event page.
